We understand at Shields Mediation that everyone goes through difficult times whether it be dealing with a conflict through mediation or court, or maybe just dealing with the daily stressors of work, family, or perhaps we just want to find peace within ourselves and just take time to catch our breathe in what maybe a busy hectic life.

Which as special part of our company we provide supports in the form of Meditation Self care classes (Not to be confused with Mediation which is a form of Alternative Dispute Resolution.)

About Meditation

Meditation is a practice in which an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state. Meditation is practiced in numerous religious and non religious traditions.
