immediately upon the completion of the mediation session. Communication with
regards to meditation classes is not stored. Communication as it relates to conflict
management is only stored for a short period of time.
3. Usage Data: We collect data on how you use our services, including website visits
and interactions.

sessions and help resolve disputes.
2. Communication: We communicate with you regarding appointments, updates, and

Mediation Sessions: All discussions during mediation sessions are confidential. The
mediator and parties involved must maintain confidentiality throughout the
mediation process, particularly during the actual mediation session.

alteration, or destruction. Please note that information collected during the mediation
session is destroyed a short time after the mediation session is completed, and only
agreements reached, signed agreement to participate in mediation and notes from intake
sessions are stored securely for a limited amount of time.
